Adjust the Fill to Suit Your Preferred Loft

Unzip the outer cover and inner liner to access the fill. Remove small amounts for a lower profile, or add available fill for more loft. Close both zippers and redistribute the filling before trying the pillow.  

The fill contains 90% polyurethane foam and 10% polyester fiber.

Comfortable for Side, Back & Stomach Sleepers

Because the fill can be adjusted, these pillows accommodate a variety of sleep positions.

Side Sleepers

Start with enough fill to support your head comfortably above the mattress. Adjust in small amounts to suit your shoulder width and how deeply you sink into your mattress.

Back Sleepers

Adjust the fill so the pillow supports your head and neck without pushing your head forward.

Stomach Sleepers

Remove fill gradually if you prefer a thin, low-profile pillow. Check that the remaining fill spreads evenly rather than collecting in one area.

Combination Sleepers
